Baking soda. People are born with different shades of teeth. Trying to whiten them could possibly ruin the enemel on the surface of the teeth and that is not good. Eventually you might find it bertter to accrpt yourself for what you are and with the color of teeth your DNA has given you.

ok first of all if you still have the braces don’t try to use any form of teeth whitening products or techniques. if you tried to bleach your teeth all the parts of the tooth which is covered by the braces won’t respond to the bleaching so it’s color will be different from the other uncovered parts which will cause very bad looking teeth that is hard to be treated. also when you are making orthodontic treatment the acidity of the saliva is raised a little bit and will be weaker to caries bacteria the bleaching will worsen the case.if you need to read more about this issue go there http://www.speakasp.net/blog
